Come celebrate the Eighteenth Annual Bethabara Highland Games on May 4, 2019.
Scottish Heavy Athletics begin on the Athletic Field at 9:00 a.m.
Historic Bethabara Park opens to the public 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Admission is FREE.
Reminiscent of the Scotch Fairs that were held in the Carolinas in May in the late 1790s, the Bethabara Highland Games offers a relaxing day for family gatherings with congenial kinfolk, musical entertainment, and the camaraderie of competition.
On Saturday, May 4, 2019, Historic Bethabara Park opens to the public at 10 a.m. with some heavy throwing athletic events already underway on the Athletic field. Admission to the event as well as access to the Visitor Center and historic buildings is FREE.
