CRAFT VENDOR FESTIVAL HOURS: The 2018 Blooming Festival craft vendor areas will open to the public at 9 a.m. on Saturday,

May 12. Vendors are not to dismantle until their assigned dismantle time which will be given to you after your arrival on
Saturday. Dismantle times will begin at 4:30 p.m.
