Organizer is producing Event, which is open to the general public on Friday, May 25 from 2:00pm - 10:00pm; on Saturday, May 26 from 6:00am - 10:00pm; on Sunday, May 27 from 6:00am - 10:00pm; and, on Monday, May 28 from 6:00am - 12:00pm (hours are subject to change). Merchant Village minimum hours of operation are Friday, May 25 from 2:00pm - 7:00pm; on Saturday, May 26 from 10:00am - 7:00pm; and, on Sunday, May 27 from 11:00am - 7:00pm with all Merchants being offered the option to open/close their stalls earlier/later to accommodate Event attendees.

Qualified vendors, craftsmen or artisans wishing to sell merchandise, arts/crafts and/or products are invited to apply to become "Merchants" in the Merchant Village pursuant to the terms, conditions and limitations listed below. The Merchant Village is supposed to be a fun, engaging and transactional opportunity for artisans and merchants to share their wares. You are considered a "qualified merchant" if you are selling a product.
