For families near and far seeking a local outdoor shopping experience, including a variety of local Arts & Crafts, items to compliment hearth and home and unique items for stuffing those stockings as well as everyones favorite kettle corn and shaved ice, plenty of free parking, and a romping around the specially decorated grounds for your children to experience, come visit us the weekend of December 9th & 10th!

Admission is $5.00; children 12 & under free. Admission includes entry onto grounds both days, a raffle ticket to deposit in front of a specially donated item from our talented vendors, and wagon rides through the Abbey Nature Preserve on the hour

The farm animals will be in full regalia and available for nose-rubbing and picture-taking, a Wild West stage for campy family photo opportunities at the Stables, or visit Santas Workshop for children both Naughty & Nice to write and post a letter to Santa, so come out with a few of your neighbors and their friends and families over this two-day weekend for a special and unique outdoor shopping experience.

Shhhhhh we hear Mr. and Mrs. Claus will be making an appearance on Saturday from 10 a.m. noon & 2 4 p.m., and Sunday from 1 3 p.m.

For an additional experience, the Manor House will be open for self-guided tours this is a daytime peek of the lovingly decorated eight rooms of the Manor House, each room featuring a live tree by theme and color for our evening Candlelight Tours. Boys and girls, see if you can discover the one special room in the house decorated just for you. $7.00 for adults and teens & $3.00 for children under 12.

Inflatables will be on site, and for a $5.00 wristband, Santas little helpers will have unlimited opportunity to bounce to their hearts delight!

On Saturday, stay past 5 p.m. for the lighting of the grounds a spectacular sight! roast marshmallows and watch a few of our favorite films: A Christmas Story, Polar Express, and Its a Wonderful Life outdoors and under the stars.

All proceeds benefit historic Poplar Grove Plantation, opened to the public since 1980, and a 501(c)3 non-profit since 1996. Thank you for supporting our conservation, education and preservation efforts.
