Save the date - Friday, Oct.20 and Saturday, Oct. 21, 2017 in Uptown Shelby around the historic Court Square!

It's time for Mush, Music and Mutts to mark the wonders of fall in Shelby. Join in the fun with this traditional food festival that has something for everyone. Of course there is Liver Mush to sample, with a variety of preparations and choices. There is a fall festival of children's activities on the Court Square with Uptown Shelby Association and volunteers offering crafts and fun activities for the kids.

Pet owners will appreciate the Pet Festival on Warren Street, with contests and educational offerings for pets and their humans, sponsored by Roll Over Pets. Then you can shop at the Foothills Farmers Market like every Saturday.

Mush Music and Mutts will present two outdoor stages at each end of Washington Street. Catch performances by many regional groups throughout the day. Little Miss Liver Mush will be crowned again this year. And many other groups will be participating to bring you fum and entertainment. Many restaurants will feature a Liver Mush special dish, and other food traditions will be highlighted this year.
