The New World Festival of the Arts will be held on Wednesday, August 16th from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm and Thursday, August 17th from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm on the waterfront in downtown Manteo. The outdoor show is free, family oriented, and open to the public. A shuttle bus located at College of The Albemarle's Roanoke Island Campus on Highway 64 will be available for transportation to the Manteo Waterfront area. The free parking and free shuttle service is being provided by Dare County. The show will exhibit original works from over 75 artists. Exhibiting work includes watercolors, oil & acrylic paintings, drawing, photography, jewelry, sculpture, and pottery.
