2016 Vance County Regional Fair
Fair Hours of Operation
Wed. August 31st: 5pm-10pm (Senior Night, FREE for those 65 & older)
Thurs. September 1st: 3pm-10pm (Kids Day; $1 Admission for kids from 3pm-7pm)
Fri. September 2nd: 5pm-11pm
Sat. September 3rd: 10am-11pm
Sun. September 4th: 1pm-10pm
Mon. September 5th: Noon-6pm

The Vance County Regional Fair is coming to Henderson August 31 -September 5, 2016. The fairgrounds are on E. Andrews Avenue/Hwy 39 near the US1 Bypass. Amusements of America partners with Vance County Cooperative Extension to bring a fair which includes, a variety of the most popular carnival foods, tastefully presented to please every palate. Cooperative Extnesion oversees entries and educational booths at the fair. Extension also coordinates the Vance County Fair 4-H Junior Livestock Show. The fair will feature games of skill and chance designed to suit players of all ages and interests. There are even special games for children that guarantee a prize with every play! A family-friendly environment is provided featuring clean, well maintained, state-of-the art ride equipment operated by trained and competent personnel. The wide selection of amusement rides feature rides for patrons of all ages, from the thrill seekers to junior riders. Citizens from Vance County and the surrounding counties are encouraged to enter their farm products, canned goods, honey, bread, cakes, candy, cookies, handmade clothing, house furnishings, arts and crafts, decorated pumpkins, flowers and scarecrows for competition in this years fair.
