Hard to believe, but spring is around the corner! That also means time for the Hudson Butterfly Festival. By all indications, we feel sure that this year will once again be a sell out. For this reason, we ask that you submit the enclosed application as soon as possible to ensure your spot. This year's festival will be held on Saturday, May 7, 2016. We are currently accepting applications for craft vendors and food vendors. Spaces are limited and on a first come first served basis.
Food vendors: we are only accepting two vendors per food type. (Example: hamburgers, hotdogs, funnel cakes, bar-b-q, etc.). All other vendors: if you are a sales rep for a company, please list company so we only have one vendor of all interested companies. (Example: Mary Kay, Avon, Thirty-One Gifts, Pampered Chef, etc.).
Booth sizes are the size of an average parking space. Booth rental for this year's festival is $75.00 per space. Power is available on a limited basis. Booth rental price WITH POWER is $100.00. If you request power, please be aware that you will be responsible for bringing your own 50 foot UL rated drop cord.
Our festival will begin at 9:00 a.m. and end at 3:00 p.m. Vendors may begin set-up at 7:00 a.m. on the day of the festival. We ask that all vendors plan to remain open until 3:00 p.m. A rain date has been set for Saturday, May 14, 2016.
Returning vendors, welcome back! If you would like to request a certain space number, please do so on the application. Although we cannot guarantee it, we will make every effort to accommodate you. Please know that every effort is made to ensure that you have a pleasant festival experience. As you know, every spot is a good one. There are no bad locations.
