| Description: | From 40th Peanut Festival and Battle of the Bands Website: Celebrate Chowan County's Agriculture and Peanut Growing with the Peanut Festival and Battle of the Bands. They will be taking place at John A. Holmes High School. Organizers are getting ready for an exceptional year with good food and activities to delight all ages.
Parade Route - Line-Up behind the High School down South Oakum, across East Water and up South Broad to North Broad and back to the High School.
The Battle of the Bands will begin at 5 pm.
