| Description: | From BLACK BEAR FESTIVAL Website: The Black Bear Festival will take place on the banks of the Roanoke River in Plymouths nationally registered Historic District. More specifically, the festival will be set up in the large grass park on the east end of Water St. next to the Port OPlymouth Museum (this is one of 3 museums in 3 blocks on Plymouths waterfront).
