MayFest is on May 2nd, the first Saturday in May

For more than 40 years, Downtown Rutherfordton has packed its streets with family fun and celebration at MayFest. Grab a pile of napkins and dine on Southern cuisine. Get the kids' faces painted and buy a couple of pony rides. Best of all, enjoy live, local music and performances. This tribute to spring also includes a variety of arts and crafts vendors and a classic car show.
