Cool Wilmington invites you to participate in the 6th Annual Wilmington St. Patrick's Day Festival and Parade. The event is Saturday March 14th and will take place in Riverfront Park. This event is rain or shine. The parade starts at 11:00am and runs through Downtown. The festival goes from 12:00pm to 6:00pm.
